Request extra pillows upon check-in to avoid discomfort later, especially for the sofa bed.

The breakfast was satisfactory with a great selection of outstanding food.

Variety of GOOD options for meal. Lovely building and rooms with king bed. Ideal, quiet location to meet with family that lives in the area. Also - just off reachable electrical outlets, and stores/restaurants.

Unfortunately, the room had a hint of wet dog smell that lingered, and the beds didn't have the softness expected from previous reviews. On one day, no maid service occurred, meaning we returned to unmade beds and a shortage of towels. The security locks on the door didn't line up properly. I found the breakfast options quite lacking. The food was lukewarm and the waffle station was out of service . The experience felt more average than desirable overall.

Booked.net and/or the hotel messed up our reservations, so the hotel did not have us in their system. It was a bit of a hassel for the hotel to try to fit us in. We were suppose to be in a double room for 4, but instead ended up in a King suite with a bed and a couch that made a bed. The cost was about $30 more than what we had expected but It all worked out just fine.

Fabulous - especially Lawrence. We needed the tv tuned and some light bulbs replaced, done in super quick time. Everyone very friendly. This was our first experience of do it yourself breakfast and it was ace. Internet fast and parking good. Many thanks Pepe

Friendly staff made check-in smooth. The carpets were dirty throughout, and the room had a strange odor. Enjoyed the games room during downtime. Good breakfast options but seating needed improvement.

Breakfast was great

Shower curtains were inadequate to contain the water when using the shower - too narrow. Shower head didn't have enough water pressure, Thought I was getting a suite, and got a single room.

It has both obliging and lovely staff.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Annapolis offers a warm and cute atmosphere. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

More seating needed in common areas.

Great location for what we did -- one of us with meetings in dc and the other with meetings in the Annapolis area. Good room and breakfast but really good if you want an easy access off of 95 and easy auto access to dc at a reasonable price.

Room was spacious and very comfortable, clean and everything in working order. Service at the desk was friendly and helpful and it was convenient for all of the amenities of Annapolis. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel had great amenities like free wi-fi and a handy fitness center. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy. It's nice knowing dogs are welcome, and the area felt safe for them. The breakfast was decent was great but the dining area felt a bit cramped during peak times. One downside was the broken ice machine on our floor, inconvenient. I also noticed that housekeeping could improve as I had to request extra towels multiple times. Despite these small issues, the positive atmosphere and helpful staff left a lasting impression.

Clean, service good and good breakfast.

Away from Annapolis center and no shuttle.
